The formal corporate attack on the Black underworld presence in the hip-hop industry and the phasing out of hip-hop as the most lucrative component in world pop culture is fully underway with the Theater War between Universal Music Group (Raw) and Sony Music Group (SmackDown). Both banks pretending to be competing record companies are funded by the same corporate entities, namely BlackRock and Vanguard.
