Brain-Computer Interfaces: US Military Applications and Implications is a report published in 2020 by the Rand Corporation, a globalist think tank that influences policy across the world.

However the Security 2040 initiative that it is a part of goes back to AT LEAST 2018, just a couple years before the pandemic.

At the height of the pandemic many were coerced by their local government to accept inoculations from corporations like Pfizer and BioNTech who introduced “cell therapy” technology to their COVID vaccines. Cell therapy is the use of genetic material reengineered by fallible men who add that content to human organisms

The U.S. military is working on  incorporating AI into its “implantable neural interfaces” that synchronize the human brain with external computers through microscopic nanotechnology. 

If the architects of our societies are working on building smart cities with computers embedded in the infrastructure then your government (which could literally be the United States of Google in a few years) can potentially send messages directly to your brain the way that God already uses trees, oceans, flowers, and other aspects of the natural world, to transmit messages to your brain for higher insight and inspiration.

The organic natural world and the emerging cyber world are on a collision course because Ogo wants Earth to look more like planet Cybertron, and less like what it affirms itself to be as a sovereign life form. According to the Rand report":

“The 86 billion neurons of the human brain represent humankind’s primary evolutionary advantage and, perhaps, an area of untapped potential. Currently, our brains interact with the world through our bodies, sending electrical currents through the nervous system to vocalize with our mouths, to type—or swipe—with our fingers, or to move bipedally through space. What will happen when human brains are freed of their corporeal confines and can control machines directly?”

The quote above is very telling. The temporary restrictions placed on us by nature are viewed as “corporeal confines” that are not to be worked with, explored, and understood for personal development, but rather something to be resentfully transcended.

I see beyond the intellectual scientific jargon of the quote above and I see the soul of an inpatient child who doesn’t want to wait in line for ice cream. The little brat wants that vanilla ice cream cone with rainbow sprinkles RIGHT NOW and isn’t willing to feel discomfort and learn about the deep appreciation that comes with waiting for something you really want.

They favor a premature fetus that rips through its mother’s womb to be born like a psyched-up Hulk Hogan tearing through his American Made t-shirt.

I cannot prove it, but I think somewhwere in the distant past there were beings who were eligible to acquire the ability to manipulate their natural environment with their minds. They may have lived on earth, or they may have lived on another planet in our solar system, like Mars.

To earn this psychic ability these beings were required to pass a test but they failed because they were primarily motivated by a thirst for power precipitated by the FEAR of their genetic memory disintegrating. They’re worried that the family photo album in their hearts will go up in flames.

These beings eventually transitioned to the spirit realm with unfathomable regret and resentment and now occupy the Yurugu sphere, that many people may call the lower resonating sector of the astral plane. From there, they influence the minds of Transhumanists on Earth who think like them because they resonate in the same thought frequency range.

The transhumanists are possessed by these deceased astral beings through a kind of Techno Voodoo process of possession and mediumship. However unlike the Vodou of the stellar man these people are not in a composite state with the intelligences of distant star constellations, oceans,and trees. They’re mounted by super seniors who are seen as gods simply because they know much more about technology than the young cubs of the spirit who worship them.

Child traficking is a theme in the Conan the Barbarian film, and the movie makes it clear that the whole purpose behind the traficking of children is to collect young impressionable minds who are quick to embrace the cultish mind control of charismatic, but evil, leaders. They can be molded into whatever these leaders want them to be like clay.

People will have a hard time evolving beyond the phase of their personal developmment in which they were most violated from a psychological standpoint. However, if they were intensely inspired by something life-affirming as a child, they will take what imprinted their souls into adulthood and evolve it as they evolve.

In order to have a culture where adults prey on innocent youth the predators demonize responsible eldership through pop culture to separate the youth from responsible elders. In order to have a decadent society you need to have young people vs old people, men vs women, and whites vs blacks.

Maybe I’m bugging because I read one too many comic books as a little boy and watched too many episodes of Transformers, Thundercats, Silverhawks and G.I. Joe and it’s still influencing my perceptions as a grown adult.

Either way you cut it, truth is stranger and more entertaining than fiction which is what made the path of higher consciousness attractive to many of us.

However a lot of people are looking at it purely as Virtual World entertainment and not the diligently lived life it’s supposed to inspire. Pursuing Higher Consciousness is dope, but it shouldn’t be the kind that junkies shoot into their veins.

More of us need to move beyond the regurgitated rhetoric of charismatic comedians posing as leaders to get into daily processes of practical application for self-transformation.

Every week now there is a dramatic story in the news media that has everyone talking about it. However we are not seeing the trending Netflix movie of the week before us. This is our lives.

 If we’re going to know freedom we will have to roll up our sleeves and put forth a commitment that may not always be fun and sexy to achieve desired results.

Don’t go chasing waterfalls. Stick to the rivers and the lakes that you’re used to. In other words, work with what is safe for you. And although safety is a total illusion, some people may need to rest in their world of illusions for a little while before taking a leap into the lavish lands of the Real.
